Hindi lang yan! Now, we're in the Top Ten (degree of graft and corruption); #10, actually, tayo. And there's tsismis going around that by next year, the dollar might slide down below the PHP40.00 level (US is experiencing a backslide). In the meantime, our OFWs will suffer, more pockets of special people are fattened, and we lose more of our dignity.

Let's just say .. that those folks that are earning in pesos .. can now save up on dollars and wait for it to rise again. Or go on that long deserved break outside of the country .. as the peso is stronger :> I can relate to both sides ... used to be an OFW a few years back. So its always a damn the dollar is up and damn the peso is up situation. Depends on which side of the fence you are. My two cents ... (though two cents in philippine currency is non existent na rin!).
